All of those IP addresses are owned by Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited who shows that they are an ISP.

thx mrdenny. but bharti here is a company that sources broadband connections, that is used by thousands of people. among them, if the IP addresses are so similar, could the emails be sent from same system? or are the IP addresses so similar simply because they come from the same company, i.e bharti?

Most ISP's will assign either a block of IP addresses to clients that order/ pay for them. We have several clients that have 4-5 Public IP's such as this person. Best thing to do, if you are receiving SPAM or what-not from these IP's is to contact the ISP themselves to report the abuse - as most ISP's have an "acceptable use" policy...

...are the IP addresses so similar simply because they come from the same company, i.e bharti? Yes. That's the practical answer in this case. You will see similar IP addresses from many (if not all) of bharti's customers. There are some 32K addresses that begin with "122.164". Further, with protocols like NAT, there could be hundreds or even thousands of hosts using each one of those 32K addresses. (And each of those hosts could have thousands of users.) The configuration of local networks, their connections to the internet and any e-mail servers within those local networks, makes it difficult to tell much just from an address. Similar IP addresses are just a fact of the internet. The ISP should have the first responsibility in determining any actual source of an e-mail. Mrdenny identified Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited as being that organization in this case. Tom

Can you please identify the below web sites ip address   If you can post to this forum, there should be no reason you can't run a trace-route yourself. Further, an IP address for a host name might be different for different people, depending on how the remote site presents their network.   There is no reason for us to do it except that your post might be a plain spam comment. Knowing the IP address will do you no good if you aren't even familiar with a trace-route function.   Tom
