I need a silent install batch package for RealVNC to install on a VPS. Our company is running Server 2003 OS. Any suggestions?

If you are doing this on only one machine, you can just copy the files over the network using the admin share \\pc_name\c$ and then using regedit, export the configuration from your PC to a .reg file, connect to the remote pc in regedit and import into the remote PC (note google some config options to hide the icon and mouse so that other end is not aware you are in-control). The using srvinstw.exe (from MS RK) you install the RealVNC service on the remote PC. lastly, using Computer Management (right-click my computer - manage) and then connect to remote PC - start service - bang your in.
