Can a Generated Signature response be created for Out Of Office and Read Receipt responses?

Are you asking for a customized response? Out of Office responses are by definition customized by the account user to say whatever you want them to say and can include a signature. Read receipts to my knowledge cannot be customized, they are generic. If this does not answer your question, please provide more details. Thanks.
