Signature customization


Address book, Exchange

Hi All,
I have to create a uniform signature for all employees in my organization with my company logo. Employees can only enter thier name, designation and Phone number.Remaining things like company addrees, caption, company logo sgould be same.
Please let me know how to impliment this.
