Please let me know the compatible printer which can be used to print signage labels.
We want to print signage labels from AS400 system. Does it work only with laser printers or does it work with any normal printers like xerox printers?

The System i can drive many different printers that are attached via TCP/IP. When creating the output queue there are many printer models available. The list is longer than one would expect. We use this techinique to drive Oki Data dot matrix printers which print multi-part bills of lading. Just use an external HP Jet Direct box to connect the printer to your LAN.
We also drive HP Ink Jet printers plus our large Ricoh copier/printer.
Works great.
