You are asking the difference between Honda Civic car and Toyota Altis car. They are ultimately Cars...like wise Siebel (honda) and SAP (Toyota) are company with a product call CRM (civic or altis). Don't get confuse. U r selecting the right car (CRM) but the company (siebel or sap) you have to select for own. SAP is the market leader with the stake of 74% of the international Market. Sap CRM future is very secure and prospective. There is a huge requirement of CRM Consultants in the market now a days.
