Should I go for CompTIA CASP?

I'm currently studying for my Security Plus and was wondering whether doing the CompTIA CASP is worth it or would you go to CEH or CISSP instead?

CISSP is so much more widely recognized and respected; it’s much more likely to open doors for you with employers and clients. You can have CompTIA CASP certification to open the gateway into InfoSec career, however you can aim for CISSP and CCSP too.

    I haven't heard of the CASP certification until now if that says anything. That said, CompTIA has had some respectable certifications over the years. The CISSP and CEH are certainly proven approaches if certification is important to you. You'll likely have to consider their minimum requirements for experience, etc. to make sure you meet those.

    In the end, what matters is what you learn, how you grow professionally, and, most importantly, how you network in the industry to get to know people and have them get to know you as (hopefully) a person of value.
