		<description><![CDATA[1.  If you have another working domain controller currently, you can demote your 32-bit DC then shut it down and build the 64-bit machine with the same name and IP address.  If you only have a single Domain controller, you would not be able to use the same name and IP unless you setup a temporary DC for your domain.
