Sharing One Week of calender in Outlook 2003
Hello,

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to share just One Week of your calender via email. For example if the CEO of a large company wants all of his managers to email him their weekly scheduel every week how would you go about doing this. Can you Export just one week of your calender?

Answer Wiki:
In Outlook 2003, it's an all or none thing. There isn't a way to selectively "publish" a certain amount of time when it comes to others viewing the details of the meeting. If the CEO's direct reports give the CEO read access, then the CEO can open the calendar and see what he needs to at any time, or have the CEO's assistant print out the direct report's calendar for the following week. But this solution requires that the direct report will see everything in the calendar, not just one week. You can also use the Import/Export feature in Outlook to export out the entire calendar to csv or Excel, and then remove the entries that are not in the week you need. Another option is for the direct report to print out the 1 week of calendar to a Adobe PDF file (if you have this installed) and then the direct report can email the PDF to the CEO. This will best suit your needs because it will contain just the 1 week you're looking for. Hope that helps. -Maria http://www.outlookquestions.com

Why not use the calendar share option? There is much control with this.

Hope this helps!
