My CEO wants to be able to share his Lotus Notes Personal Address Book with his secretary so that she can do some maintenance on it. Is this possible? If so how?

To allow sharing of a personal address book:
  • 1- Start with an ID that has rights to create a database on the Domino Server or ask that the CEO be granted temporary rights to create a database on the server,
2- Grant assistant access rights in the ACL of the pnab (personal name & address book)
3- Create a replica of the CEO's address book on the server (i.e. under a pnabs folder)
4- When replication is complete, bookmark pnab and right click "Database / Copy as a Link"
5- Create a new memo to assistant, paste the database link (ctrl v) in the body of the message
6- Confirm with the assistant that the pnab launches when clicking on the link.
7- If the assistant wants to email to contacts in this pnab, a local replica should be made and it should be listed in the local address books field under File / Preferences / User Preferences / Basics Tab.
