We had a somewhat similar problem in V5R1. An upgrade to Citrix caused users to be unable to delete documents from folders. The e-mail from our network administrator was as follows: When we did the network upgrades, I also upgraded the Citrix server with all the latest service packs and hotfixes. I found several articles on the IBM web site that indicate one of the installed hotfixes, KB885835 will cause this problem on Windows 2000 computers.

The fix is to install an IBM PTF, V5R1M0: MF34450.
PTFs Available
R510 MF34450 1000
R520 MF34337 1000
R530 MF34428 1000

I hope this helps!
