Sharing Archive Folder in Outlook 2003
My team recently set up a shared mailbox in Outlook 2003. We are trying to set up the auto archive, so we can keep old emails for possible research needs. I set up the auto archive for the Shared Mailox Inbox, but when I run it the emails are archived to my personal archive folder, which only I can view. My teammates need to be able to access the archived emails as well. Is there a way for me to share my archive folder with my team mates? Thanks!

Answer Wiki:
The archived folder is stored on your local pc, not the exchange server. You did not mention whether this was an exchange server account however. You cannot share the archived folder because of where it is stored. You will to create a new folder on the folder list of the shared mailbox to move these mails to so everyone can view them. Move the emails in your archive into the new folder.
