SharePoint usability: All Day Event in calendar

Hi,

In my SharePoint calendar, I’d like to have each event default to an All Day Event when created, rather than enabling users to choose a time of day to assign the event to, or forcing them to click the All Day Event button to make it an all day event.

Any idea how to do that?
