Quest (now owned by Dell?) did something like this for us. Personally, I wasn’t impressed. But, then again, I can be difficult to impress. Basically, their tool looks at the template used, the number of forms, etc. and assigns the conversion a level of difficulty. So, something like a basic doc library is a piece of cake, while a custom-developed application with dozens of custom forms is a complete re-write. For a large organization that is unaware of the extent of the Domino applications they have, the tool could be useful as a management guide to what they can expect.
