sharepoint and redirect with

JavaScript, SharePoint

sharepooint/default.aspx ->in master.cs file check cookies -> not available ->redirect to intermidiatepage.axpx placed in root directory, which will take user's local gmt offset value and create cookie and want to redirect to default.aspx.
This works with browser settings as trusted site however when we set it to internet zone it stuck at intermidiatepage.axpx. looks like with internet zone javascript doesnt work. why?

This seems to be a security related problem; you may adjust your script in order to work with a different approach or change the Internet zone's settings (high risk!).
