Sharepoint 2010 x64 central administration problem http error:503. The service is unavible

Hi. I installed Sharepoint 2010 x 64 version. My sql server is Sqlserver 2005 + Sp3+ hotfix. I confingured sharepoint central administration with NTLM. When i tryed open central administration it gives me Service Unavailable

 

HTTP Error 503> the service is Unavailable .

My operating System is windows 2008 server enterprise edition x 64

I Resolved tis problem. I fogot give permission on sql server to administrator user. I give it and now all is fine.

    hi sir i have small problem, i have installed sharepoint foundation 2010 in my system on operating system windows 7 professional, now when i am opening the central administration selected application management after that i am trying to create the new web site , but when i am trying to create website but it is showing that yopu don't have access to create the new website so i have even go to the computer/manage/ then local user and group there i have gone to the groups and selected the administrator and made changes even than i am not getting so what should i have to do let me know
