Shared mailbox permissions

Can i allow multiple users to access a shared mailbox, but only with read or view onlu rights. We have shared mailboxes that 3 or 4 users have full rights over. to allow them to pull in that shared mailbox into their own outlook profile. can i limit their access to only view, or read. So far its full access or no access.
