Shared File Access Problems

Linksys Routers
I have an office in Richmond, with wireless internet via linksys wrt300n, and I am able to access my company's shared data files (H drive). When I get to my office in Raleigh, wireless internet via Linksys EA6400, I'm unable to access the same shared files. My company IT guys think it's the router somehow blocking access, but can't figure out how to stop it. Any suggestions?

To give you a solid answer, we would need a bit more info:
1 - is the "h drive" on a server at the Richmond office? or is it on a remote device?
2 - From Richmond, are you accessing it via VPN?
3- IF youre using a VPN, is it a site-to-site or client-to-site connection?

A litle more detail would make for an easier diagnosis
