 Shared calendar
I created a sub calendar in Outlook so that everyone in the office could reserve our conference room. I gave them all permissions and it works great. The question I have is - Other than going through the original email I send to give permissions, Is there another way to access this folder in their outlook?

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook

Answer Wiki:
Grant them read permissions to your mailbox at the top level (right-click on your name and go to properties, permissions, add, view only), then publishing editor rights to that calendar by right-clicking that calendar on your folder list and go to sharing permissions. They can then add you to their fold list, but only see that calendar when they do. (Account settings, change, more settings, advanced tab, add).
