Whenever I'm printing an Excel 2010 document (I used Ctrl + P), it's only printing on one side. I need to print on double sides. How can I set that up? This needs to be the default too.

It all depends on if your printer supports 2 sided printing, some don't. What model printer are you using?

When you press Ctrl + P there is a printing options. From the list of available printers, select the printer that is your default printer. Click Printer Properties link & it displays a Properties dialog box. Look through the tabs in the dialog box to locate the controls for duplexing something like print on both sides (depending printer model/make) and make a selection, if any. Now close the Properties. Next click print to print for both sides of paper. But keep in mind, some printers support this feature. Here is a good help from Microsoft: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Print-on-both-sides-of-a-sheet-of-paper-duplex-e070b1f9-f532-40f0-8651-2ee3f2de9fb1
