Required to setup an sms to email gateway so that customers can SMS the problem they face with Internet or other systems and it can be uploaded into the systems using an email.

Answer Wiki

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

As SMS is controlled by mobile supplier, they are only ones who can supply e-mail gateway, a number of them do, some as a free service.
Try “SMS to E-Mail” in search engine. Or contact your mobile supplier for details. I know a number will provide the service free to sending clients, but you may be able to find one that will do it for recipient.

Both mobile operators in my country (Bulgaria) provide possibility to send an SMS to e-mail, however the priority of the service is very low - usially processing of these messages takes more than 6 hr (and sometimes more than 24 :o(( ). However, at least one of these operators offer dedicated "sms-to-email" service agreement, with guaranteed (to some extent) time of message processing, for an extra cost. So, as PeterMac wrote, you have to contact the mobile providers in the region. BR Petko
