 Group policy across Windows OSes
we want the same desktop, browser settings and screen saver on all Windows XP, 2000 Pro and Windows 7 computers. Can we do this using group policy? What settings need to be tweaked or do we need to set it up on an existing machine and clone the settings?

user config settings for the desktop are in : user settings/control panel/display user settings/desktop/active desktop browser settings are in computer config/administrative settings/windows components/internet explorer user config /administrative settings/windows components/internet explorer there are also other client side preferences that can be used with Windows 7 and XP if it is configured.
