 Setting Up Access Parameters/Questions to user

I am working with a very complex access database and my database knowledge is very minimal.  I am needing to make it so that when a user clicks to edit an orgainiaztions information with in the database the form that pops up will prompt them to either display all of the organiaztion types or let them enter a specific organization type.
