Setting Proxy on OU in Win Server 2008 R2

Hi, I was trying to setup proxy setting on one of my organizational units on DC which has Windows Server 2008 R2. I found it strange Internet Explorer Maintenance settings is missing when I was editing a GPO settings. though it existed 20 days ago, but now it is missing. Could somebody please help me on this. Thanks!

    This option has now been deprecated and is no longer editable. U can roll back IE10 (hope u know how to uninstall IE10) and get back IE9, but update will automatically install, so there is a way to prevent update IE9 by clicking this url and dnld & install this: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=179

    Remember, as u asked for IE maintenance settings, other possible way I did not discuss here.
    Again keep ur mind, before doing all of these, for safety purpose, better to take all necessary backups and registry settings backup.
