I work in a busy office that schedules appointments for several people. The thing is we don't need to send out invites for appointments...just set them on their calendars. Is there a way to set appointment without sending emails for acceptances, etc.?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You haven’t tagged the type of Calendar you are using….if you use Outlook in an Exchange environment, you could set it up with permissions for the specific calendars you need to update and no acceptance emails are required at all. If you aren’t using Outlook, please let us know what it is you are using.

Welcome to the community, amenra1906! Could you tell us which what program you're using for your appointments? Would this be in Outlook?
