If you are talking about a resource mailbox, then open the resource in it's own profile; then you can set a rule with an auto-reply to all messages with "my name in the to or cc box" (this rule will apply to the resource's mailbox name, not yours), which should cover all email received. To open as its own profile, close outlook and go to the control panel. Change to classic view. Open the mail icon and click show profiles. Change the selection to "prompt for a profile to be used". When you open outlook again you will be prompted for which profile to use. Click "new" and create a profile for the resource mailbox. Once that is created you can go in and create your rule.
