Can we set Active Directory rules that say when a user is able to log in to a domain computer and off hours should display a message telling the user they do not have access to the system at this time.

Yes yo<i></i>u can the simpliest is Under the Users Properties Dialog box under the Accounts Tab
By selecting the “Logon Hours” you can select set permissions to logon and deny logon radio buttons. By selecting the days and hours

Ramsey- You could also go in the command prompt and type <b>net user <i>username</i> /time:<i>logon_times</i></b> *Username is name of the account and logon_times are the days and times to allow*
