 Set up notifications if workstations are modified
Can we monitor users' registries? Can we be notified when and if workstations and servers registries are modified? We are using Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008.

Why not just remove the permissions to edit the reg from the users so that you wont need to worry about this. Rather than constantly fire fight the problem.

If you do find something that can do that, you’ll need to filter out what you want to monitor. Many parts of the registry are contently changing. Every time to use the run dialog box the registry is changed. Most applications write to the registry when they open, close, change windows, etc.
