Sessions disconnecting from AS/400

I have 10 users accessing a remote AS/400 using Windows PCs via Client Access. We have been connecting without problems since 2006. Last 2 months we are having many disconnections. PCs are setup OK Time out is set up as unlimited Broad band is stable Cisco firewall is OK Cat 5 cabling is OK At a loss to know why this is happening now - any ideas

Dell PCs using Windows 7/Client Access/Cat 5 cabling/Cisco firewall/VPN

    You listed a number of things as being "OK", yet one or more of those may NOT be "OK".
    .
    Go through the Telnet Session Drop Checklist before any next steps.
    .
    Are there other remote sites? Are any experiencing the same problem? If the problem exists with similar frequency across remote sites, or if you are the only remote site, the cause becomes more likely to be outside your part of the connection.
