I’m pretty sure it is a problem with the service agent. Send the problem electronically through service agent or if it fails call IBM. I’m pretty sure there is a PTF for this. Or, getting on the latest CUM will probably fix it.
Had the same Problem, reported it electronically, received PTF’s SI35698 and SI36043.
Problem has not reappeared.
We are at V5R4M0 though.
