When you say the user "cannot access" main server, what do you mean exactly? Is he trying to log onto a server on the network to do admin work? Are you talking about the email server? What is he trying to log on for? Please provide more details so we can assist you. Also I would suggest you ask a separate question for the other domain issue you are experiencing. You might get help re-writing that as well as it really does not make sense what the problem is for which you are asking for help. Thanks!

You will need to provide more information before we can help you out.
I am not even sure if your user can access the internet or not. Is he able to get to the website and then gets an access denied? OR is he able to surf the internet but has problems on your companys servers?

As far as delay in printing and opening of word and excel it might a policy problem created in your Active Directory. If you provide more details its will be more easier to provide a solution.
