 Windows Server 2003 management
when our Microsoft windows 2003 server boots up it gives message ---"At least one service or driver failed during start up. Use Eventviewer to examine the event log for details."--- Icannot identify the problem

Did you use Event Viewer ? What are the details of the failure event ? ******************************* Did you compare service state to startup type? If it is autmatic and didn't start, that is the culprit. Also look at manual start services as sometimes these will run at boot and then stop. Use autoruns from sysinternal to view startup info. Also, I have seen quite often Intel dual NICs report a problem with this when the sevice is not enabled in windows. ********************************
