i created a user in lotus notes ver 6.5.3. after that while installing client it is giving me that error. so i deleted that user from domino and created again. and removed it from deny group but again problem is the same

I had a similar issue and read this and it solved my problem. Someone had accidentally deleted a person document from the name and address book. We restored it from a backup, but I hadn’t remembered to add the person to the security groups again. Once I did this, the “Server error: you are not authorized to access this database” error went away and she could replicate again! Cheers
Sometimes it’s because if the user’s name has been added to the deny list, then user won’t be able to access the server. Check the deny list, if the user’s name has been added, to delete put the cursor next to the name then backspace until all has been removed then delete to remove completely then save. run the command to push on the main server console then see if you still have access error.
