What is the difference between Windows Server 2003, Window Servers 2008 and Windows Server 2012?

There are too many differences to name here.  You can go to Microsoft.com and go to there Technet site and find out the difference there.  They will list them as the changes came out.  The biggest difference will be Bitlocker.
