Look at the system/application event logs to see if there are any entries around the time the error occurred. Please report back with any error messages that you may discover which may help better define the issue you are experiencing. This will work if you have administrative access to that server. If you are just a user, then you should report this issue to the system admin of that system and have them look into the problem.
