I have currently 2 servers running - SBS 2003 and Server 2003, my SBS Server does not have sufficient resources to run Terminal Services and want to add a 3rd server.
What Server edition can I choose to migrate with SBS and utilise the Terminal Services on the new server?
The specs for the new server are: Dual Xeon CPU, 4 GB RAM, Raid 5, 4X 250Gig SATA drives.
The SBS 2003 server is currently: Single CPU, 1 GB RAM, 120GB (Mirrored), this server currently runs active directory, Exchange, and ISA, I must add it is not an option to simply upgrade this server
Any ideas appreciated

Hi Kwoolsey
The second server I have is a dual Xeon 2.4 Ghz with 2 Gb RAM.
The intended usage consists of approx 50 users (due to expand to 200 or more if this venture works out for us).
As for SBS not running TS then I am confused as we are already running it via the SBS server.
Would I need to replicate active directory and setup roaming prifiles? if I used my second server for TS as clients require to login and check their exchange mailboxes.
Any advice appreciated.
