hi my name is Harry, and and am studying IT. this mode i have Windows Server 2003, how important is it in the field?

Depends on the company, some are still stuck back in the NT world and some are still server 2000 shops. Typically most corporations are moving toward server 2003 if they have not already upgraded to that already. And those who can afford it are moving on to 2008 if that meets their needs better. But it would be a safe bet that knowing server 2003 will be of good use to you in most places right now.
