I using Server 2003 Enterprise Edition my problem is that when user login into server with the help of remote desktop connection some time login problem arise that is only blank desktop appear no icon no task bar please suggest me what i do to solve the login problem

Hi are you using RSA in your enviornment? depending on the version of RSA it will conflict with the ability to log into 2003 and 2008 servers.
