Hello Mizomotaz,
you should have a CD that you can use as boot device and that prepares the environment including the hard drives setup and so on.
If you lost this CD you have to download the SCSI drivers for your controller and create a floppy that you can use during the Windows 2003 seup (when it prompts to hit F6 for additional drivers).

The HP ML350 came with the HP ProLiant Essentials Foundation Pack. There is a CD in this case labeled HP SmartStart. The latest version is 7.91 You boot off this CD, and follow the prompts. It will setup the drive partions, you select the operating system to install and this CD will install all the correct device drivers and HP management software required for your server.

IF you lost this CD (or someone borrowed and never returned) you can download it from HP website.
