if you email get stored on server then try to backup your emails in pst file and then reconfigure your outlook email .

I tried your suggestion. Checked out the location “C:Documents and SettingsUserNameLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook” for the “archive.pst” file but it is not availablefound there. I asked the user also to which he confirmed that the emails are not deleted at all. I even checked the Autoarchive options.
Can anybody help, please?
