Sent folder in archive database on Notes 6.5 could not be opened.
Hi guys,

This just occurred with me yesterday. When I opened archive database on Notes 6.5 and click on the Sent folder, there's nothing happened. I still saw the page where I was. It's okay if I clicked on the Drafts folder. But for those sub-folders, it's the same. Anyway, my local database worked well after I did compact it.

Another question, I always create a new memo from my archive database and send it out. Does this cause any problem?

Thanks so much.

Noi

Does this cause any problem? Answer: There is no issue with sending the mail out from your Archive. Your sent Items will be stored there and not your live mail. The reason this still sends mail is because the client uses the DB to create the forms but does not insteract with the database untill it saves anything after that. Just be aware of this. This I guess is preference and not what I would call a normal process.
