 Sending video and photo in body of email with outlook

I can't seem to get the code to work for directly video to YouTube when sending email. It just wants to put the code, but not hide is under the picture. I made a HTML with HTML code.

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook express 2003

It might be that it is turned off in your Outlook.  Check the settings for mail and see if HTML is allowed in the body of your email, if not, then you need to turn it on and it should work.
