We have a need to send some reports to multiple output queues and have tried to use the SNDNETSPLF solution in Search400 but get an error "User not enrolled in system directory". This response has been encountered by others as there was a link to a discussion group on this in the same web page but the link no longer works. I have rechecked the setup of user profiles, system directory entries, dataqs and outqs but no luck.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Hi,

when you say you have rechecked the System directory entries, do you mean to say that when you use WRKDIRE command you are getting a screen with list of all entries.

Hi, I believe that the user profile used to send the spooled files has to be enrolled in the system distribution directory (use WRKDIRE and ADDIRE). The users that receive the spooled files also have to be enrolled. Regards, Martin Gilbert.

Thanks Gilly that was exactly it. Obvious when you see it though, I had not added the default batch job user to the directory. Works fine now, thanks again
