Hi, I have 2 Access Reports which I need to send to Outlook as attachments. I usually use SendObject, but that only allows for 1 attachment. I am using Access 2007 Thanksyou Julie

Answer Wiki:
Yes, I have also noticed that Access 2007 mails only one report at a time. I generally export the reports to .pdf files & then send the reports via Outlook mail, as attachments. Just right click on the report & then select Export as .pdf. Note: It does require proper .pdf executables to be installed. If not, the system will guide on installing pdf. I realize this is not best solution but this is the way I am circumventing Access 2007 shortcomings.

Thanks for replying. I am exporting the Reports as .pdf files in two emails. I just thought it would be better to have one email with 2 attachments. It dosnt look like I am going to be able to do this without some major coding.

Thanks again
