Can you give us more detail on what kind of folder, what you're trying to achieve, etc.? Are you using Outlook to do this? Thanks, David

Thanks for the response David. I am using Outlook Express. I manage a hardware store on an island so we have a fairly captured customer base. We are setting up a web site and I want to utilize it as an advertising tool for our store. We are gathering email addresses and want to be able to create a folder of people that are say interested in Gardening and send out email specials to them but with out letting other people see their email address or respond to everyone that we sent an email to. I hope I am being clear. This is the first time I have ventured into this.

This should be easy by using the Blind Copy feature of email clients. You should see a place that says Bcc: In Outlook it is under OPTIONS if not displayed. Put your list of recipients there and no one else will see it.
