Sender ID SPF Record format in Windows 2003 DNS

I've seen the Microsoft overview & reference articles on Sender ID and SPF (Sender ID Policy Framework). I've also looked at the links they provide, and used the wizard(s) to create the text for my SPF record. I've not been able to create a record that passes the verification tests. Is there a specific title or wording in the DNS record I should be using? I've tried a blank title, "SPF", "SPF-Record" and "SPF-Record-Classic". I don't know what else to try. I use Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003.
