send SAP transaction code to inbox
Hello All,
How do I send a transaction code like ME28 to Outlook as an email or link? When a person creates a Purchase Order then in order to release the PO a message must be sent to the manager to Outlook . He can click on the transaction code to release the PO.
What are the steps,please

Hi , its a bit difficult task .. it requires a java developer also (it was developed in MNC gujurat) but later after some time there were several issues. .. see generally in any PO or PR workflow release senario...
we will intimate the approver that currently purchase order " " with " "
is pending for approval.
Kindly go to SAP >> SBWP>> release the workflow.
once he relase a auto mil will be generated to his mail id and concernered other mailers as intimation saying that this purchase order has been release by Approver..
