Send Outlook 2007 email copies to Blackberry when user is OOO
We're using Outlook 2007 on Exchange Server. We'd like to send copies of messages an employee receives in her Outlook Inbox to her BlackBerry when she's out of the office. Is there a way that we can do this and have our employee turn off the function off when she is back in the office?

You can create a forwarding rule within OOO (RULES button in Out-of-office Assistant). I don't think you can forward outside your domain (well, at least we can't) but, if you put the BB account in a hidden Mail Contact address, you can forward to that.
