Are u able to receive mails for the same a/c ! Is it win vista or XP / 7. Also provide exchange version / protocol here. SMTP port 25 is standard for sending mail. Generally any commercial isp may be blocking smtp port 25 due to reason of spam. I am not sure, In order to send email again, try to change to a different port number.

You have to uncheck “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” under Tools>Settings.
