SAP Workflow - Send email to initiators' manager

Hi

I've created a SAP workflow that sends an email to the initiator of the workflow. But I it also needs to send an email to the initiators' manager. How can I go about to do this? It basically needs to read the organizational structure to get the manager of the initiator.
